1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

We process your orders within 1-2 business days. Sometimes, this delay can be slightly higher depending on the crowds and we apologize in advance.

Delivery times are 8 to 12 days.  

2. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer free delivery exclusively in United Kingdom. 

Some additional charges may apply however, we have had no complaints from our customers to date. 

3. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

In principle, we ship worldwide. It is possible that some countries cannot benefit from our offers and we apologize in advance.

4. WHAT SHOULD I PROCEED IF MY DETAILS HAVE BEEN ENTERED BY MISTAKE / HAVE CHANGED?

We would be grateful if you could contact us immediately at the email address contact.mookly@gmail.com in order to be able to modify your order in time.

If the package has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to make changes.

If the product is returned, we will contact you to decide what to do next. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

5. HOW CAN I GET INFORMATION ON THE STATUS OF MY PACKAGE?

We offer tracked shipping. Please send your request to contact.mookly@gmail.com

Please note that tracking information may take 3-5 days to update in the system.

 

6. MY ORDER WAS PLACED MORE THAN 25 DAYS AGO BUT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT CAN I DO ?

It may happen that your order takes longer than expected. Unfortunately, we do not have full control over the delivery process.

7. DO YOU OFFER A RIGHT OF RETURN ON GOODS?

We are convinced of our products and it is for this reason that we have extended your rights from 14 days to 60 days, so no risk!

Merchandise must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. 

8. MY PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND/OR IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT CAN I DO ?

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged.

If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, we would be grateful if you could a) take a photo or video of the defective or damaged item, send it to us by e-mail at contact.mookly@gmail.com and inform us of your complaint. We will then contact you to resolve the situation.

 

9. HOW DO I OBTAIN A REFUND FOR GOODS?

Once your return has been inspected, we will contact you to proceed with the refund.


The refund will be made to the payment method used during your payment.
